This policy explains how PHENO MEN STORE (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use Wearyon and this website.

Data we collect

Account data (name, email, phone number), business data you add (brand name, team members, products, stock and sales records), and message data that passes through the service, including customer phone numbers, message content and timestamps received through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Brands and their customers

Brands that use Wearyon decide which customer data they collect and why. For the customer and message data a brand handles through the service, we process that data on the brand’s behalf and according to its instructions. Brands are responsible for having a legal basis to contact their customers, including consent where it is required.

How we use it

To provide the messaging, stock, sales and point-of-sale features, authenticate users, send and receive messages on behalf of brands, keep the service secure, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Assisted replies (AI)

When a brand turns on assisted replies, the content of a customer’s message and the brand’s own business data (such as products, stock and order information) may be processed by an AI service provider to suggest or generate a reply. This feature is limited to the brand’s own business topics, and brands can have their team take over any conversation.

WhatsApp and Meta

Messages are sent and received through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Service providers

We use hosting, database, email and AI service providers to run the service. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while an account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@wearyonstore.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
